FLOW - Mumbai

Flow redefines the concept of a showroom by transforming it into an immersive and adaptive retail experience. Created for Evolve Artisanal, a brand specializing in decorative paints and surface finishes, the 2,000 sq. ft. space in Mumbai moves beyond static display to become a dynamic environment that evolves with every interaction.

At the heart of the design lies a flexible, track-based system of sliding and pivoting panels that enable endless reconfigurations, allowing visitors to touch, move, and experience materials in real time. The soft curves, muted tones, and fluid spatial transitions encourage intuitive exploration, while a long communal table anchors the space as a hub for collaboration and creativity.

At its core, Flow is a space that inspires dialogue, experimentation, and discovery. It’s a project that truly reflects ACKM Studio’s belief that a space should engage the senses, spark curiosity, and transform the way we experience design.
